1. Are your soaps natural?
Yes. They are pure vegetable glycerin soap made with 20% kosher glycerin and the finest natural vegetable oils. They do not contain detergents, sulfates, alcohol, sugar solutions, or preservatives.
2. How do you scent your products?
We use cosmetic grade perfume/fragrance, and/or fine essential oils.
3. What is the difference between perfume/fragrance and essential oils?
Essential oils are natural scents that are extracted from the leaves, flowers, stems, roots or bark of plants (100% natural). Perfume/Fragrances are cosmetic grade aromas that are hard to duplicate or cannot be duplicated by the natural oils.
4. Do White Pear Products get old?
Since we do not use preservatives in our Delicious Sugar Scrubs, Shea Soufflé, and Bath Salts, it's best to use your products within 6 months of purchase.
5. How should I store my White Pear Bath and Body Products so that they last longer?
They are best when they are stored at room temperature or cooler, away from direct sunlight.
6. Why do the Shea Soufflé ingredients sometimes separate?
Because they are Natural, without preservatives or emulsifiers (substances used to bond water and oils permanently, and to extend the life of the product indefinitely), therefore they will sometimes separate. If this happens, take a clean spoon and blend together, and it will be good as new.
7. Are White Pear products Hypoallergenic?
Although all our products are made with the finest quality ingredients, we always recommend that you carefully read the list of ingredients and if in doubt, test a small quantity of the product on the skin prior to application. Certain users can be more sensitive than others.
8. Are White Pear Products tested on animals?
No. Never!—we only test on our friends and family that happily volunteer…
